SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Please allow 2-4 weeks processing and 3-5 business days for delivery (based on distance). We offer free standard shipment on all US orders.

Rest of the World

Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks processing and delivery for all international orders may take 5 - 18 business days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

It is important to be aware that ordering outside of the USA may result in duties and customs fees.

These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct taxes, customs charges, and handling fees if any, are paid according to their own country's legislation. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us.

Please ensure you are happy to pay the import duty and any associated fees BEFORE placing an order.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2:00PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
